This policy explains how Paimal subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and when a refund is issued. Paimal is operated by SRS Associates. It applies to subscription payments made to Paimal by the business that holds the account (the "Account Owner").
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are required to begin the trial, and no charge is made during it. The trial is there so you can evaluate Paimal fully before paying anything — we recommend using it.
You can cancel at any time, without contacting us and without giving a reason:
If you prefer, you can also request cancellation by emailing support@paimal.com from the account's registered address.
Because cancellation lets you keep the access you have already paid for, we do not issue refunds for partial months or for unused time on an active subscription. This is why the free trial exists — evaluate the product before you pay.
We do refund in full, promptly, in these cases:
Outside these cases, refunds are at our reasonable discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, tell us — we would rather resolve it directly than have you raise a dispute with your bank.
Email support@paimal.com from the account's registered email address, including your company name and the date and amount of the charge. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and, where a refund is due, to approve it within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once processed, the funds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If a scheduled payment fails, the account is marked past due and we will attempt collection again. If payment is not completed, the subscription may be suspended and the account reverted to the free Starter tier. Your data is not deleted as a result of a failed payment.
If we change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will be given notice before the new price applies to them, and may cancel before it takes effect.
Paimal also lets businesses send invoices and collect payment from their own customers. Those payments are between that business and its customer — this policy does not govern them, and refunds for such invoices must be arranged with the business that issued the invoice.
