Paimal ("Paimal", "we", "our", "the service") is a field service management platform, operated by SRS Associates, that helps businesses schedule work, track attendance and jobs, manage customers and assets, and issue quotes and invoices. These terms govern your access to and use of the Paimal web app, mobile app, and website at paimal.com.
Paimal is a business tool intended for companies and their employed field staff. Accounts are created by a business (the "Account Owner") for its own team members. By using Paimal you confirm you are authorised by your organisation to do so and are at least 18 years old.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful content, or using Paimal to send spam or to impersonate others. Paimal is not a consumer marketplace and does not solicit payments from the public; the only payments processed are a business's own subscription and the invoices that business chooses to issue to its customers.
Paid plans are billed to the Account Owner per seat, monthly or yearly through our third-party payment processor (Razorpay), including AutoPay, or paid up front by UPI for 1, 3 or 12 months. New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial (30 days for the first 50 companies under the Founding 50 offer described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy); when a trial or paid period has ended and 3 further days have passed without payment, the account becomes read-only until a plan is chosen, and no data is deleted. Plan limits and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change with notice to existing subscribers.
SRS Associates is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged on Paimal subscriptions and the price shown is the total amount payable. For the same reason we cannot issue a tax invoice, and no input tax credit is available on these payments; a payment receipt is issued for every charge.
You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Full details, including when refunds are issued, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Data you enter remains yours. How we collect, use, and protect it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We work to keep Paimal available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to Paimal — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the total subscription fees you actually paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business or data, even if we were advised such losses were possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of Paimal, and both you and we submit to that jurisdiction.
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the app.
