Paimal ("Paimal", "we", "our", "the service") is a field service management platform, operated by SRS Associates, that helps businesses schedule work, track attendance and jobs, manage customers and assets, and issue quotes and invoices. These terms govern your access to and use of the Paimal web app, mobile app, and website at paimal.com.
Paimal is a business tool intended for companies and their employed field staff. Accounts are created by a business (the "Account Owner") for its own team members. By using Paimal you confirm you are authorised by your organisation to do so and are at least 18 years old.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, uploading unlawful content, or using Paimal to send spam or to impersonate others. Paimal is not a consumer marketplace and does not solicit payments from the public; the only payments processed are a business's own subscription and the invoices that business chooses to issue to its customers.
Paid plans are billed to the Account Owner. Subscription payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. Free trials, plan limits, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
Data you enter remains yours. How we collect, use, and protect it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We work to keep Paimal available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the app.
