How your photos are handled
Read by AI, never kept
Each photo is sent securely to an AI reader that can read handwriting, which phone-based text recognition could not. The photo is used for that one reading and is not stored by Paimal. Your invoice register, if you add one, never leaves your device.
Your rate, not our guess
An unbilled visit is valued at the rate you type in, per hour or per engineer-day, multiplied by the time on the sheet. The AI reads the sheet; it never sets the value. If the reading is wrong, correct it in the table and the total moves with you.
It under-claims on purpose
Warranty and AMC visits are excluded, because the customer was never meant to pay for those. A sheet the tool cannot read is reported as unread rather than counted. Add your invoice register and a visit is only called unbilled when that customer is in your accounts with no invoice near the visit date. The number you get is the floor, not the ceiling.
