How it works
- Sign up free. No card. Your founding place and 30-day trial start straight away.
- Set up in a day. Add your team, or send us your Excel and we import customers, AMCs and machines for you.
- Use it with your real work for a month. Engineers log visits from their phones; you send GST invoices with your UPI QR.
- In the last week, set up AutoPay. Nothing is charged until the trial ends; then the year is taken at your founding price.
- Not happy in the first 30 days after paying? Tell us and we refund the full amount.
Questions
Who can be a Founding member?
The first 50 companies that sign up for Paimal, until 31 March 2027. Your place is given automatically when you sign up while places remain. Test, demo and spam accounts don’t count.
Do I have to pay for a year?
The founding price is for 12 months paid upfront. You can also pay monthly at the normal price (Starter ₹399, Pro ₹699 per person a month), but then the founding price does not apply.
When is the money taken?
In the last week of your free month, the Billing page asks you to set up AutoPay. Nothing is charged until your trial ends. Then the year is taken in one payment, and Razorpay tells you before every charge.
How do I pay a year by AutoPay?
On Razorpay’s page you approve a mandate once. For a yearly amount above ₹15,000, choose the bank mandate (netbanking or debit card) so it goes through by itself; UPI and card mandates ask you to approve bigger amounts in your app. You can also pay the year right away by UPI, card or netbanking.
What if my team grows during the year?
Add people any time. Starter covers up to 25 people and Pro up to 50. New seats are added to your next yearly payment.
What happens after the 50 places are gone?
New companies get a 14-day trial and pay Starter ₹399 or Pro ₹699 per person a month. Founding members keep their price for as long as they stay.
